This video is an example of our new TeleHealth system for our patients. TeleHealth is a virtual interaction between patient and their respective Physical Therapist. This platform allows your PT to listen to your concerns, analyze your movement, diagnose your problem, review and progress your home exercise program, and keep you moving toward your goals during these difficult times.
If you are interested in a TeleHealth appointment with one of our staff, call our Minneapolis or Edina clinic to schedule an appointment. At the time of your appointment, you will receive an invitation via text or email to meet your Physical Therapist online. You can use your cell phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer to connect. Your virtual visit will last anywhere from 15-45 minutes.
Most health insurance now cover your TeleHealth appointment. However, if your insurance company denies coverage, the cost of your virtual visit will not exceed $60.
Our staff here at OrthoRehab remain committed to serving you and the community at large. Both our downtown Minneapolis and Edina locations will remain open to treat those patients that have an essential need. Rest assured, our patient volume is low and appointments strategically separated to minimize interaction with anyone besides your Physical Therapist. We have, and will continue to follow, all CDC recommendations.
