Yoga has physical and mental benefits to help you continue your journey through breast cancer diagnosis and recovery. This month, we are offering a free yoga class for breast cancer patients. This class is designed specifically for women who are going through or have gone through any stage of breast cancer.

- Improve your ability to manage chemotherapy side effects
- Increase your strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Promote lymphatic flow to help with swelling
- Achieve a better sense of body awareness and calm the mind to find peace in a challenging time
Yoga for Breast Cancer Patients
Please join us for a free class honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The class will be led by Michelle Darsow, a certified yoga instructor with special training in yoga for breast cancer. Here are the event details:
