WHY I BECAME A PHYSICAL THERAPIST:

My goal as a Physical Therapist is to help guide each patient toward a more fulfilling, active, and pain-free life through evidence-based care and individualized treatment. I became a physical therapist because I am passionate about helping people overcome limitations, regain confidence in their movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Whether recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or striving to improve performance, I am committed to partnering with my patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

HOW I SPEND MY FREE TIME:

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active and spending time with family and friends. Whether it’s strength training in the gym, golfing, mountain biking, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends, I value activities that promote health, wellness, and an active lifestyle. These experiences help me maintain a balanced perspective and reinforce the importance of movement and physical activity in everyday life.
